  Position : Microbiologist

    Job Description
   

Organize and manage the operation for the Microbiology laboratory in all aspects of analytical related activities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Degree in Science (Microbiology) and 1 year of working experience in the related field. 
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Perform sampling of raw materials, in-process and finish product
2 Conduct test analysis according to test procedure
3 Keeps a records of retention samples, in-process, finished product and raw materials.
4 Monitor internal equipment calibration process
5 Monitor monthly lab inventory 
6 Ensure incoming raw materials and outgoing products meet the standard quality
7 Provides technical support to Production Department in term of Quality Control
8 Involved in all Validation related avtivities.
9 Assist Technical and Lab Manager or superior in daily operation
10 Perform other duties as assigned.

  Position : Admin. / Sales Assistant

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field preferably in Busines Management & Admin.
  • MUST be able to communicate well in English & Malay (Verbal & Written)
  • Competent in MS Office & Internet explorer
  • Has a strong sense of responsibility & able to work independently & in a team
  • Independent, aggressive, hardworking, energetic, creative and excellent skills in communication
  • Based in Sungai Petani Head Office or Branch office in Shah Alam.

Responsibilities:

  • To execute general documents and company administration.
  • To service & update existing admin. documents.
  • To execute company general reports, registrations, agreements etc.
  • To provide customer care service.
  • Responsible in supporting sales & collections
  • Responsible for providing administration support to admin manager & marketing team in terms of activities related to implementation of marketing branding, sales, communication and others.

  Position : Shipping Executive

    Job Description
   

Responsibilities:

Ø       Keep abreast of tariffs and duties relating to export operations.

Ø      Supervise the import & export arrangement and documents (shipment and custom) preparation to meet shipment schedules

Ø       Obtain necessary information from relevant data source (e.g. internet, libraries, trade offices) to support research and analysis needs.

Ø       Liaise with shipping company/freight forwarder to ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipment/cargo

Ø       Monitor and follow-up on import & export shipments

Ø      Communicating with internal and external customers i.e. Freight forwarders, carriers, transporters, suppliers, customers and various internal departments;

Ø       Assisting in the sourcing and freight pricing negotiation with forwarders or carriers;

Requirements:

Ø       At least 2 years working experience in related field, preferably in Export Trade specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations

Ø      Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ø       Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in business studies or equivalent

Ø       Knowledge and experience in food & pharmaceutical industry is an added advantage

Ø       Full-Time position available

Ø       Sound knowledge in freight forwarding and custom procedures.

Ø      Familiar with International Trade
